Admission will be confirmed only after the results are available.<\/li><li>Re-admission to HSSC-I will not be allowed except in cases where a student could not appear in first year examination owing to medical reasons. Intimation in this respect will be given to the college well in time.<\/li><li>Acceptance of application form does not necessarily mean acceptance of a candidate for admission. Additionally, any student who is absent without approved leave for more than six working days will be at risk of having their name removed from the college register. Prior notice and approval of leave applications are essential to avoid this action.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>FEE COLLECTION DATES<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Fee challan is issued by the college office and fee is to be deposited in the bank at the time of admission. Fee is to be collected in advance for all disciplines.<\/p><p><strong><u>FEE CONCESSION<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li>The Principal reserves the discretion to grant a limited number of tuition fee remissions, up to a maximum of 50%, to deserving students.<\/li><li>To be eligible for financial assistance, students must demonstrate good conduct and satisfactory academic progress.<\/li><li>Fee concessions are conditional upon continued good behavior, regular attendance, and satisfactory academic performance. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the withdrawal of the concession.<\/li><li>Students with siblings enrolled in FGEI (Cantt\/Garrison) institutions are eligible for a 50% tuition fee concession.<\/li><li>Applications for fee concessions must be submitted on the prescribed form, available from the college office.
